The Merthyr Tydfil Children and Young People’s Partnership identified that a better understanding of the use of resources and provision of services was needed. In order to achieve this, the Merthyr Partnership is commissioned a financial mapping of the provision of services across the Borough for children and young people aged 0-25 years.
