Voluntary Sector Management Programme

Three linked one-day training workshops to help people working in the voluntary sector to lead projects and improve services:

  • Principles of Management  - including Myers-Briggs (MBTI)
  • Managing Projacts - Principles, frameworks and techniques
  • Time Management - and the Art of Delegation
